Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable reservation deposit in the amount of $100 is required at the time of reservation which goes towards the total balance. Once received, your reservation will be considered reserved (guaranteed). Reservations cannot be guaranteed until the reservation deposit has been received.
Payment
Payment of the balance is due 60 days prior to the check-in date.

Pet Policy
We have a very limited number of homes that allow pets. There is a $75 non-refundable pet fee applied to all bookings that have traveling pets. You MUST complete a pet check in form and have it on file prior to your arrival for the safety of your pet and our staff. If there is a pet found in the home and there is no completed pet form on file, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. Please ask your booking representative for more information.
